Property investment at the Costa De La Luz is a sound move

Spain’s Atlantic coast has of late come under the spot light as a top destination for investors to purchase real estate.

“It’s the Caribbean of the Spanish real estate market,” commented Nick Stuart, the managing director of Spanish Hot Properties. “The Costa de la Luz offers a totally different lifestyle for property owners,” he added. “This stretch of coast offers buyers a taste of the Real Spain.”

Unlike the over-developed Costa del Sol, this part of Spain’s coastline is far cheaper too, so should not be overlooked by investors. The coastline has not just beautiful beaches to offer, there are things to do and see: see the imposing Jerez de la Frontera fortress and the Isla Cristina marine resort just for starters.

The Costa de la Luz runs from the mouth of the Guadiana River to the Strait of Gibraltar, offering many picturesque small towns and villages on the way. Cadiz is the main city of the region and is a tourist attraction in its own right, with historic gems like the Cathedral of Cadiz for example.
